DCMLAB® does NOT offer financial or investment services in any way. Elf1© is an Expert Advisor software, and as such neither it nor the related user manual should in any way be understood as investment operational advice, nor as a solicitation to collect public savings or asset management. The software in question is an operating tool intended exclusively for the MetaTrader 4 trading platform to assist the user in trading on the Forex market. The user can enable and disable the Software functions at any time, setting each parameter according to his own strategy and maintaining constant control over the Trading activities carried out: the user can in fact authorize or inhibit the opening of new Trade and close open Trades at any time, maintaining constant control of the Trading Account and the last word on all decisions. 

The Elf1© software does not carry out Mirror Trading or Copy Trading activities and does not constitute an asset management service, but it is only a tool which, through certain algorithms, allows the user to develop specific Trading strategies: the user always remains in the full control of the Trading account, autonomously deciding the underlying to invest in, the strategy to use, the methods of entry and exit from the market, and everything concerning the management of money management and the risk/return profile. The user assumes full and total responsibility for his choices and for the operational strategies applied through the Software, fully aware of the economic risks associated with any form of use of Elf1 © and in general with operating with real currency in the Trading sector online, where the risks of losing in part, totally or even beyond the invested capital are very high. DCMLAB ® has no possibility to intervene in the investment processes by replacing the customer's choices. Likewise DCMLAB® has no role, nor possibility of intervention, to intervene on any opinions and information, even pertaining to particular settings of Elf1©, are provided to the user by third parties;

DCMLAB® is only liable for what is directly supplied. By manually enabling the Software, the user accepts that it automates certain operational processes on his behalf on the basis of his choices, without this being understood in any case as portfolio management, totally exempting DCMLAB® from any related liability to damages or losses suffered by using the Elf1© Expert Advisor. Each choice remains the exclusive responsibility of the customer. DCMLAB ® , as a manufacturer and distributor of the Software, expressly declines, for itself and for its collaborators, any liability deriving from the use of Elf1© for any loss or damage suffered by the user. it is the user's obligation to set up, check and constantly monitor the work of Elf1©, using Trading strategies compatible with his own objectives and risk propensity: the algorithms implemented in the Software do not and cannot provide any guarantee regarding to future and unpredictable events, such as market trends or macroeconomic news, nor in any case provide personalized information for the customer. Safeguarding the invested capital depends solely on the choices made by the user, especially with regards to the size of the open Trades and the management of the Money Management. The various strategies also reported by members of the DCMLAB ® Network are provided at the exclusive risk of the subjects who make them, they represent only an examination for educational purposes, however partial, of the possible ways of using the Software and cannot in any way be considered such as financial or investment advice or advice. The consultancy activity provided by DCMLAB® and its collaborators is limited to technical issues, such as the installation and use of the various functions of the Elf1© Software: in no way can it be considered as an activity ' of financial consultancy, which is legally delegated to consultants registered in the appropriate registers and in possession of the prescribed qualifications. Where Partners in any capacity of DCMLAB® carry out these activities, they are directly responsible as We are totally extraneous to such processes.

The results presented relating to the use of Elf1© (even at events, fairs, conventions, etc.) do not constitute any guarantee relating to hypothetical and similar future profit performance. In fact, the results are the result of the users' autonomous choices and are potentially non-replicable.
